When we first pulled up to the hotel it looked different than online. To my surprise the rooms were beautiful, spacious and clean. The staff was incredibly helpful before arrival, during stay and the last day when we needed a later check out. The hotel is close to eateries and to Disney Parks. The pool was always clean.

Our room was extremely clean and quiet. It was very close to Universal Studios. Highly recommend!

This family friendly resort offers first class amenities and hospitality at a budget friendly price. The accommodations were clean and had everything we needed already there.

The hotel was beautiful and staff were courteous. I’d booked this hotel because I wanted to enjoy the rooftop terrace, but upon arrival was told that I couldn’t because I wasn’t a club member. I was put on the highest floor and within two days both elevators were out of service so all guests had to use the service elevator in that part of the building. I had also booked for the breakfast, but it was over by 9:30 so I never made it. Also, on separate occasions, the power went out in my room thus rotting the food that I had in the refrigerator. Finally, the TVs were not set up appropriately, I only had a few live channels, and the guide had no information and no premium channels.

Like Vegas, prepare yourself for a daily resort fee, which is billed after checkout. I don’t know why, this always seems to rub me the wrong way, best to be upfront at check in or before booking with this fee. The grounds are well kept, security is present, multiple free pools to choose from, the adult only pool preferable in my opinion.. The rooms are condo style with multiple areas, kitchen, living room, bedroom, bath and outer screened porches.,comfortable. Waterpark is basic and an additional fee, not a Wisconsin Dells, but adequate. Location to the popular attractions is first rate.
