Their staff is friendly and helpful. This properly has just been completely renovated so its super clean and very comfortable.

Staff was helpful and hotel was fine. And it was clean. It's a bit of a run down bldg. And it is expensive because it is in Juneau but it is right downtown. We had a room on the back and it was quiet. We were there for a short night before an early morning flight. The staff reserved a taxi for us for 5:30 am. The taxi did not arrive and the morning staff for since that they'd had problems with this taxi company. We had no problem getting a Lyft. The nighttime staff person thought maybe a taxi reservation would be better since it was such an early morning ride. But that didn't pan out. There was also quite a bit of a security line at the airport. We waited half an hour to get through the TSA PreCheck line. But that's not the hotel's problem; they were fine.

5 minutes from the Juneau Airport, but you must call a taxi company to take you there, no shuttle. Walking is theoretically possible but only for the ambitious. Phone communication with hotel front desk was with non-native speaker and hard to understand. On-site front desk staff at arrival was non-existent but to be fair was elsewhere doing maintenance, so I had to search for them. The Hotel Desk is only open from 7am-11pm, this is not specified on the listing - problem if you have a late flight or flight delay. We arrived on a 9:30pm flight and made it with only 20 minutes to spare - only fine if you have a rental car or prearranged transportation. No access to city bus. Clean but bland decor, bed was comfortable. Only Coffee and Tea are provided in the morning. Front desk recommended Uber for ride downtown but a taxi was more economical.

The hotel was pleasant, but they didn't offer any toiletries like toothpaste and such for sale at the desk.

The staff at the Silverbow were incredibly helpful and kind. The property is amazing and quirky (in a good way). It's in an excellent location, very close to a ton of restaurants and shops. We loved our stay.
