They were no way near the elevator, which was requested, our room smelled bad and mildewy because of the restrooms next door. We called the front desk, they eventually gave us a new room. It was a great room. We appreciated the move. I had a wonderful time spending time with my friend who has stage 4 cancer. I love this place.”
