“The staff were very attentive, helpful & nothing was too much trouble. Self service breakfast had a huge choice however, hot drinks service was a little hit & miss! Us brits like our tea, so how this is served could be improved for example - hot water/tea bags in a teapot for one/or two rather than in a very small cup! Food menu was good but very expensive for what it was, hence we only ate in a couple of times. We enjoyed exploring local restaurants instead. Our room was absolutely……

All the staff made it a top priority to make sure our anniversary was made extra special and provided us with multiple specially curated things to ensure this. The room was very clean and spacious. “WiFi is very slow and most of time not working. We stayed in block one and when we left hotel to airport around 4am there is not emergency exit light around only lobby light was on we had to use phone torch to see where we should go in this way this is extremely dangerous for guests. Housekeeping Anna is very friendly and helpful who is the only good experience while we stayed in this hotel. Receptionist at night duty need to improve his English and hospitality skills. ”

“love the stone houses, so beautiful! Air-conditioned, perfectly clean and has a small kitchen with a refrigerator! Super clean, the room is cleaned every day, the bed is made and fresh towels! simply wonderful! We just loved it! It is a beautiful, quiet island, the minimum of restaurants and bars but it was totally enough for us! Of course, if you want more rumble and partying then I think this island is too small and too quiet, Kos would definitely be better!”
