Elevators did not work properly, smoke alarm in room chirped needing battery replaced, called requesting, never happened, and I offered to change provided the battery, told they couldn’t do that. Chirped all night. I just gave up and tried to sleep. Tried. Breakfast was nice.

We stayed three nights. The staff was great, really nice and tried to help. I don’t know what else to say. It would take too long. The owners don’t maintain the property. It’s rundown with old casino carpet in the common areas. It’s subpar for Hampton Inn. Don’t book this if you’re thinking about the last Hampton Inn you stayed in.

The place was clean and for the most part comfortable. Bed was comfy and the AC worked perfectly! The only reason it isn’t a 5⭐️is because the pillows were HORRIBLE!! They look fluffy but deflate immediately when being used. I used 2 pillows and had to fold one in half and it was barely enough. Our only other complaint is no biscuits and gravy at breakfast. Staff was amazing 🤩

The hotel itself is great for a pitstop on your solo journey. The staff is helpful and the room was clean. However, the area around it is a bit run down. The breakfast is subpar compared to others in the area. As a traveling family, I would not stay here again.

The staff member was very friendly and helpful. I had called ahead to make sure the air conditioning and tv were working before I arrived as last time I had to move rooms 3times my last visit. I arrived with everything working in the room only to find out that the room would not deadbolt shut. As a solo traveler this made me uncomfortable and I decided to move rooms. I only had to go across the hall so that was convenient. There were 2 controllers for the tv but unfortunately neither would turn on the tv and it needed to be done manually and it was one of the rooms I had to moved out of during my last visit. I decided I didn’t wanna move this time and I could manually turn it on.. besides that I would stay here again and their breakfast is awesome!
