Perfect for short or long term stays! Recently renovated 2000 sq. ft home in the heart of Westfield. Minutes to restaurants, Grand Park, bike trails & more. Tastefully decorated & stocked w/ necessities. Perfect for a family, work travel or sports trips. Quiet neighborhood with lots of sidewalks and playground. Main floor - 3 BR, 2 BA, office/play room, kitchen and laundry/mud room. Upstairs - loft w/ half bath. You won't be disappointed w/ the house or the area.


The space is very clean and cozy.

Stocked with amenities and basic supplies. Coffee bar, gourmet kitchen with workstation sink and all basic necessities, full size washer/dryer and detergent, comfy beds and more.

Kitchen table easily seats eight. Only 2 miles from Grand Park and Downtown Westfield, 5 miles from downtown Carmel, 18 miles to downtown Indy.

Neighborhood bike paths connect to Midland Trace Trail and Monon Trail. Front porch with seating and small backyard with privacy fence, patio and grill.

Owners live 5 minutes away.

Perfect Home Great Location!

The home is absolutely gorgeous! Plenty of space for a family to spread out. Beds were comfy, boys loved the loft. It much bigger than I expected and there is a half bath in the loft! The kitchen was well stocked and there is a Meijer within 1 mile and a Kroger within 2. We were in town for a baseball tournament and this home is only 3 miles from the Grand Park 8minute drive:) There’s a playground in the neighborhood within walking distance. There’s also an elementary school within walking distance with a huge playground and basketball courts. An extra fridge in the garage to keep waters cold for ballgames and a pantry in the kitchen. Many homes we have rented don’t have space to store food so I was super excited about the pantry! Highly recommend this house! Karli was an excellent host! Hopefully this place is available for our next trip to Grand Park. Birdies is fun! Food is basic pub food but the mini golf was really fun.
