Room was clean, staff was helpful and very nice, parking was easy, the breakfast was good.
Hotel was under construction, but the room was comfortable and the food was some of the best we had in Scotland. Air conditioned, although not consistently in room.

Staff are polite and helpfull however hotel is in dire need of a renovation, its tired and worn, my rooms furniture had badly stained upholstery to the point I did not want to sit down, linens and towels were clean as was the bathroom, adequate for a one night stopover.
The room was spacious and very nice, the bed was comfortable and we loved the coffee and tea station. We ate at the restaurant several times and they were always understaffed. The staff that were there were working very hard, but there were just too few. We waited at the hostess station for over 10 minutes before someone was able to seat us, then it took forever to order and get our food. The quality of the food was very average. But the location of the hotel was perfect for our activities.

This was definitely a more budget location, but it was conveniently located if you plan on driving around. The space was clean though the staff weren't the most friendly.
Fine for a few nights but very basic, no frills, which is what Premier inns are about apparently, I just didn’t know this.
My room was an accessible room for whatever reason, so I had handrails in the hospital style shower, emergency buttons everywhere, which is great if you need it, but weird for me.
Bed was a bit too soft and not supportive for me. Wifi was terrible, I purchased the ‘premium’ wifi (£6 for 24hrs) which was ok but not great.
There’s a kettle with sachets of tea/coffee and milk pods, and that’s it.
Amenities are purchased in the lobby, like shavers, toothbrushes etc.
Breakfast was, again, ok but not great, everything was a bit overdone, edible but not fantastic.
For British people, I think this is all expected, for a tourist it’s a bit of a surprise. I definitely now know what I’ll get with premier inns, just as their slogan says…
All that said, the staff were all great and helpful, especially the young bloke doing the breakfast service. Car parking was good too.
Recommend if you’re just needing a bed and not wanting anything special.
It was fine. You can see in the corners of things that they don't get it fully cleaned, but it didn't smell and it looked nice otherwise. They have apparently never had anyone ask for an extra blanket before and that didn't end up happening. They have a restaurant on site and it was actually pretty good. Nice enough for a one night stay.
The Hotel is old and poorly maintained especially on the outside. No phone in the room and I did not get the room I ordered. Room smelled musty and bathroom poorly ventilated
Nice clean room perfect for a family of 4. We stayed in 3 premier inns during this current vacation. West Inverness was the only one to leave a note welcoming us and leaving a toy/coloring books for the kids. A nice welcome, close to city Centre (1 mile). The restaurant unfortunately was short staffed and not taking in diners even though the restaurant was empty. Room was nice, comfortable and clean. Perfect!

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
Room was clean but only surface clean if you really looked it wasn’t so clean
Very uncomfortable bed terrible shower
No staff anywhere
Noisy people in the next room waking us up at 1am talking loudly for what felt like hours
We stayed here the last night and It was not good at all.
When you walk in there was a staff member but that was the last time we ever saw someone working there. When we walked into our room it smelled like rotten milk so we tried to open the window but it was boarded up so we couldn’t open it.
I went to the front desk to ask for a different room and no one was there, that was the theme for our stay no staff.
We had a few mystery stains on the walls.
We ran out of TP and had to track down house keeping for more. But they didn’t have any and was given tissues.
The breakfast is terrible all the tables and floors in the room are sticky with maybe three choice to pick from.
I do not recommend this place. For a bigger hotel I thought it would have been better kept.

This was our 4th Premier Inn we stayed at and all other 3 were great. This one was unfortunately not. Rooms were clean, but were older and not in great shape. Tables were broken, marks on walls, etc. Totally fine for the one night we stayed, but would not want to stay for numerous nights.
Also couldn’t use the reataurant for Supper. Even though there were only about 10 people in the entire place and 90% of tables free, they told us they could not accommodate us. Didn’t really make sense, but again, not a big deal.

Not what I expected.....rooms outdated....not impressed
The only thing nice about this place was the breakfast. Our room needed a years worth of a dehumidifier. It smelled of mold. Amenities were terrible. Hallways needed vacuuming. Very old fixtures, carpet etc. probably has not been renovated since the 1980s
