The pub downstairs was a real plus. They serve good beers and good food. The staff are friendly and helpful. But it is on the small side and like all pubs in Scotland fills up quickly so get there early. Der Blick war tatsächlich toll. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, allerdings gab es weder Seife am Handwaschbecken ( nur einen festen Seifenspender in der Dusche) noch würden die Handtücher am Tag gewechselt, obwohl sie am Boden lagen. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach und der Frühstücksbereich nicht gemütlich, fast lodderig- von 4 Sternen weit entfernt. We loved ours. A few niceties were missing, such as washcloths and hand soap for the sink, but no biggie. The location is a little out of the way, but we knew that in advance and really enjoyed it. Great beer at the restaurant/bar. Food is very hit and miss. The pizza was positively awful, while the curry was absolutely amazing. The included breakfast is definitely on the lighter side (cereal and toast), but you can pay for something more. We thought that the Inn was in Inverness not a 45 minute drive. Plus we had no car. A taxi took us there and a bewildered Canadian couple arrived.
