We had stayed here before and it was great. This time the TV did not work right and we had to have help with it twice. The last night we just went without as it kept saying "no signal". The second day there we had no hot water even though we ran it for about 15 minutes. It is a cold climate and not pleasant trying to take a COLD shower. This was reported but not sure that anything was taken care of in a timely fashion. However, the bed was comfortable but when I asked for one more pillow they told me they had none even though they had lots of empty rooms.

"Very nice ambience, well maintained old hotel, it has a very unique traditional architecture, loved it. A couple of suggestions, it was a very hot weather and the rooms have no A/C nor a fan to move the air around! It’ll be nice to have valet parking as well !
