“I honestly don’t know where to begin. First of all, this is NOT a one bedroom unit. It’s a studio. You don’t get to build a completely see-through glass sliding door and call it a one bedroom simply because the living room and bedroom are now separated by that see through glass wall. Bugs, leaky showers, loose bathroom tiles… had to call maintenance just to get my laundry out of the washing machine… furniture was very old and VERY uncomfortable… laminate missing in the kitchen, dirty dishes… I……

“Units Wifi did not work even when property manager came to help connect. When you walk in the room, mold smell hits your nose immediately and there was mold all around the bathtub. Blanket smelled like it hadn't been washed from the previous renter, pillow had spots of blood on it. Private beach is a 8-10 minute walk, this building is not beachfront. I would not recommend staying at this location”

“We stayed here the night before our long flight back to the US. The studio is exceptionally clean. The bed has the perfect firmness, great for the back especially when you have at least 12 hr flight the ff day. My son and I had a very restful sleep. The colors and decor of the place receive the guest with a cozy and welcoming feel, a touch of sophistication in its simplicity. Love it! The host was very quick in responding to messages, truly appreciate it. Quite honestly it's a better place than……

"The pool is excellent, just the weather is not sunny most of the days. The major problem is transportation. It is difficult to call uber or taxi to come and pick us from the hotel, the place is a bit too far from Mactan downtown. The hotel staff is helpful for calling meter taxi for you, however, we met one taxi driver he insisted for a fixed price! Which is more than double of meter taxi. That day was a rainy day, we seemed didn’t have a choice, and we had waited for a taxi more than 20mins already. We once need to wait for taxi around 1 hour to come to hotel to pick us, which is such a new experience to us in a resort. There are lots of restaurant for you to enjoy in the hotel."
