“Incredible hotel, service and grounds! From arrival drinks, taking our luggage and welcoming to our room, from daily room cleans, turn down service and room amenities such as clarins products and toiletries, everything was perfect. We were lucky enough to have a free upgrade on arrival too. Easy and free parking! Worked out cheaper us renting a car for the stay rather than the transfers. The service was impeccable. Attentive and friendly staff and pool service with a good selection of food and……

“All the workers at the hotel are really nice, place is clean and in a great location. One complaint, the Margarita skybar waiter on 3/25 did not like we weren't interested in buying a cabana that was 79 euros and decided to ignore us the rest of the time. So we couldn't use our "welcome" drinks voucher. Good thing there are tons of bars and restaurants next door to the property. ”

“Unser Zimmer (Junior Suite mit Kinderzimmer) war wirklich toll und hatte eine große Terrasse mit Pool- und Meerblick. Alles war gut erreichbar, das Hotel sehr gepflegt. Die Tiefgarage ist groß, sodass wir unseren Mietwagen sicher abstellen konnten. Teilweise war der Service etwas unfreundlich und langsam im Restaurant. Das haben wir aber angemerkt und uns wurde offen zugehört. Das Animationsteam war sehr nett und bemüht, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Etwas mehr Englischkenntnisse beim Personal……

“Really lovely hotel with amazing staff and great facilities particularly for the children with an incredible kids pool and kids club. The buffet restaurant had a fantastic range of food with lots of well marked options for dietary requirements such as vegan. Gym was well equipped and there were some nice activities arranged. The evening shows were fantastic.”

“Staff was very quick to help. Food was delicious and varied. Many places outside the room to hang out. Coffee was weak and rooms were a bit cold. Staff was quick with extra blankets and a space heater. Gym did not open until 10 am. Earlier would have been better. ”

“This was a standard hotel for a 3 star. It’s what it says on the tin. The beds were really comfy. The rooms were spacious with a huge balcony with private deck chairs for the afternoon sun. Kitchen with utensils and the bathroom was big. The shower was hot and powerful. The pool was cold as is expected for this time of year. Plenty of sun beds and the pool bar was well stocked. We were all inclusive and there was a vast variety of drink’s available. Snacks were exactly that. The breakfast was……

“We visited this property from the USA for a family vacation (family of five with three kids under 12). The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was what you would expect from a large resort. Plenty of options: some of it good, some of it not so good. The hotel has two large pools and plenty of activities for adults and kids. The views from the hotel (ocean and cliffs) are spectacular. Offsite activities on the island are very good. I would recommend……

“Villa de 2 hab. Totalmente equipada y muy espaciosa y piscina privada. El desayuno esta bien pero al ser una sala sin ventanas no se siente que esta uno en zona de playa. Notamos que cambian las toallas aunque se indique que no y esto no es muy ecologico y recomendados a pesar de ser gran lujo establecer una política al respecto”
