We arrived at the hotel around 9:30 pm after a 2-hour long drive through a torrential rainstorm. We were tired and stressed out. There was a line to check in and only one employee working the front desk but she was incredibly efficient and we only waited a couple of minutes. Our room was spacious, clean and really well laid-out. We asked for a late check out (1:00 pm) was which accommodated. We loved the grab and go breakfast bags in fridge next to the check in desk and thought they were a good value at $8.95. While we didn’t use the hotel shuttle, it appeared to be well run and very reliable. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Location was clean, great staff, easy access to the highway.

Staff were accommodating and most times quick response. Parking spot available. We were given wrong wifi password due to recent changes so that was a slight hiccup and not enough towels for 3 people as reserved for. That was taken care the next morning. Pull out couch for 3 rd person wasn’t prepared as in no linen for it. Then to discover it was an air mattress not reg mattress which deflated during the night which made for a very uncomfortable sleeping situation. Lane was amazing and did his best for the issues we encountered and did offer a gift card for a local cafe.which was appreciated.

Location is key and available food after a late evening arrival was quite helpful
