Toilet seat was broken and they knew it and still put us in the room b we reported it and they gave us a free breakfast for it. But still would have preferred a toilet seat that didn’t have a huge crack in it. Also room was missing remote and took a long time for them to get us one.

From the 1st minute we arrived we just knew we would not be staying, tried contacting staff, still no reply. It had books proping chairs up, dust upon dust no on site parking. Towels wrapped around toilet, smelt fostie. Stains on bedding. Shared bathroom which was not mention on booking.

"A stunning hotel in a fantastic location. The rooms are beautifully designed and the amenities are great. The only downfall of this accommodation is the keyless entry and no onsite staff. I very nearly had to sleep on the streets due to lack of support from hotel staff and a tricky entry system"
