Lovely location and very quiet

Not sure if it was so expensive due to the commonwealth games or just a Saturday night . It wasn’t worth the money I paid however saying that , it was clean , the staff were really friendly and helpful . It’s on a lovely position in west end with lots of cafes and independent restaurants within walking distance . Takes about 10mins to the hydro in a cab so works out quite cheap and takes about a 20 min walk . Shower needed re grouting , didn’t try the breakfast so cannot comment . Would stay again but for a cheaper rate .

Rooms are all in upper floors 2nd or above, no elevator/lifts made it difficult for elders. The rooms are well maintained. Water pressure/hot water is an issue.

A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, unfortunately the level of service was poor, we stayed 3 nights and our room was not serviced despite leaving the sign on the door, seemed to be a lack of management leadership, staff didn't seem to know what they were supposed to be doing, no urgency even when no food at breakfast.

Easy to find.parking was good and the Hostel was very clean ..plenty of space in the kitchen and loads of plates ,cups and everything else you would need
