“The apartment was very clean, spacious, tastefully decorated and the owners have thought of every last detail to make the stay absolutely perfect. We had one double room and the bathroom and our Mum had the other double bedroom with ensuite. She has mobility issues and can get into a shower cubical but not a bath with overhead shower so it made it great for her. “We booked at the last minute fir 2 nights as we were delayed sailing to Isle of Barra due to bad weather. Melfort was perfect for us to relax and begin our holiday, the family loved the pool and we had a lovely walk. The cottage was great. “Very convenient location (to walk around Oban, and to grocery stores), beds were quite comfy, check-in was very easy, and host was very responsive. Lovely spot, would definitely stay again. Only complaint is that it was a little untidy (crumbs in the kitchen, some surfaces dusty).”

“The apartment was in an amazing location, and the view from the living room was the perfect backdrop as we experienced a summer storm roll through during our stay. Make sure to pack light, as there are quite a few floors without a lift, and if you have mobility issues, this may not be the place for you. However, it was great for us and the apartment is kitted out with everything you might need, including great beds, and was wonderfully clean. There was an issue we ran into, and the communication……
