Busier road then expected so walking between the cabins with smaller children would have to be supervised - limited grocery storage for the five of us - later check in the most and earlier check - out! "Perfect location for avid outdoors people or for anyone who loves nature and the peace and seclusion it offers. The close proximity to Acadia National Park is icing on the cake! David and Carolyn are gracious hosts and everything was perfect for our stay! Will definitely try to visit again!"

"Pros: Quiet. This is it if you are looking for quiet. The cottage: The glassed-in porch is the star. The windows open too. The kitchen is updated and a pleasure to cook in. The living room is very cozy at night. There was a musky smell when we 1st arrived, but went away quickly once all windows were open and never came back, but then again the windows were open the whole vacation.
