"I am giving three stars because I expected more from the presidential room we paid for. While the staff were welcoming and helpful, the hotel itself left much to be desired. A major issue was the lack of hot water for showers, which is unacceptable considering the price of the presidential suite. ..."

"The property itself is amazing. The only complaint is that it is LOUD if your room is in the street side.
