“Viaje en familia, la recepcion muy mala, todo el staff del hotel tiene una cara de amargados horrible, no nos hicieron el cuarto, no nos repusieron el cafe y te en la habitacion, el agua de la regadera estaba fria, nos dijeron que nos toco u cuarto con vista al mar y acabo siendo un arbol gigante enfrente, el hotel muy descuidado los camastros de la alberca todos rotos y el piso pegajoso, al final hablamos con la gerente y con mala cara nos dijo que asi es este hotel y que pongamos nuestra...

“Staff were amazing. Friendly & Helpful. Facilities are great and well cared for, clean and maintained. Food was excellent, great variety. Staff throughout the resort as well as restaurant staff were helpful, polite and very ontop of everything. Really a great place to relax and enjoy and feel you're getting value for your money. “"all-included", but the amenities seem to lean heavily towards discouraging that. Drinks are served in small single use plastic cups, iced drinks are filled with air, sitting arrangements in the lounge are very uncomfortable and once again you need to use small drink cups if you want to take snacks over to said couches. On the other hand glass water bottles are used, where plastic bottles or an accessible self serve water cooler would fit much better in a pool/spa area. Bathrobes are torn and...

“Rooms need better maintenance, and cleaning... We had some problems- no key to the room, TV was not working. It took some time till they took care of it. we got instructions for check in via WhatsApp, which was fine if everything worked perfect... The View is great, also breakfast was good and homy”

“we stayed in the place and it was very nice. Although not everything worked out the way we wanted it to work out, the owner was extremely nice and very understanding! He helped us with everything! The place was smaller than we expected but very nice.”
