I’ve stayed at nicer 3 stars than this

Customer service was good, and the breakfast staff was amazing! We were very disappointed by the room though. Had the smell of cigarette smoke although it was non smoking room. There were cigarette burn marks in the furniture. Floor was covered in hairs and we found some hairs on the bed. Bathtub had black scum and mold in corners. The room really needs to be renovated.

The location is good for spending the day while waiting for the next flight. However staff need training to be professional. I asked them to book a large taxi for me at certain time. First it came late, second it was a small taxi, Third both staff kept arguing that I asked for taxi and that what it means. I checked with them more than once in good time and kept saying yes yes..... but very unprofessional in dealing with customer and defending undefendable mistakes.... keep arguing and arguing. plea TRAIN. I wouldn't trust those guys again

The hotel is located outside the typical tourist areas, less convenient for sightseeing. The lobby and restaurant are pleasant, and the breakfast was quite good. However, the room itself had several issues: the bathroom showed signs of black mold, the water pressure in the bidet was weak, and the carpet clearly needed a deep cleaning. The room size was also small. Unfortunately, the room didn’t live up to expectations for the price I paid $172.
