Very nice staff. Clean room. Comfy furniture. AC, microwave, & fridge all worked well. Lots of hot water. Only thing I'd have liked to see is a couple grab bars in the tub/shower--I think all rooms in all hotels should have them!

The lowest priced accommodations in Ithaca by far, so remember that when booking. The people at the desk are friendly, the bed and bathroom were clean, the location is excellent. Are there problems? Sure, but seriously what are you doing booking a sub-200 dollar room for if you're looking for stain-free carpets? I felt safe, and I was comfortable.

The room appeared to be cleaned. The room smelled freshly cleaned. The beds were comfortable. The room was in need of an update, the wall paper is peeling off the walls. There was mold on the air conditioner. The don’t serve breakfast any longer although it stated they did in the binder in the room. We stayed one night & it was fine for that but I wouldn’t want to stay much longer than that. The best thing about the place was the location & the staff.

Pros: The property is conveniently located and prices were reasonable and less expensive than nearby choices. Room was large and clean, and bed was comfortable. A/c unit worked well and water pressure on 2nd floor was very good. Fridge and microwave were provided but we did not use them. Evening staff were very friendly and helpful, day staff helpful. I would stay here again. Cons: Property is clean but many aspects are tired and worn out. Carpet in hallways is stained in many places, wood trim is cracked, bathtub is stained etc. Appears to be largely cosmetic, as everything we saw appeared clean and in working order. Amenities are basic , no fancy phone chargers, or name brand soups and lotions. Downtown restaurants and shopping are a mile or so away, but not just outside the door.

The location was the best thing about this property. The worst was the staffs. There was one staff who won't reply to greetings from people. I couldn't figure out what her problem was!! The place provide breakfast but, the quality is terrible. There were even rotten fruits in the basket.

Breakfast until 11am had variety, although mostly carbs. Roadwork on main street wasn’t an issue when using the constant fan for white noise. The location was convenient to downtown and family we were visiting. Back driveway entrance came in handy with construction avoidance.

The staff at this hotel are really nice and helpful. Breakfast was good, not fancy but definitely adequate. I loved the retro feel, the little 70's style tiles...however the rooms need some serious maintenance. A repaint and new curtains would be a great start. We still enjoyed our stay, walked to several waterfalls so a great location for us

The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was nice. Our room was MOSTLY clean (although there were visible coffee stains on the bed spread, and a glossy kiss-mark on the wall). We did have to find staff to get more toilet paper, as our room was not serviced during our stay. We did enjoy their proximity to stores and waterfalls. Also, as a heads up to visitors- some of the pictured amenities were not there at the time of our visit. When we were there the outdoor eating area shown in pictures did not contain tables or chairs. Additionally the restaurant pictured seems to be permanently closed.
