"Incredible property right on the snow next to the ski lift. It was perfect to be able to ski in and out as we pleased. The staff were super helpful and lovely."

"Not bad, but not worth the money.
We stayed at other ryokan/hotels on our trip around the same price range that were next level. The only highlight at Nipponia was the sake. Their room and food would have been acceptable at half the price.
I recommend you stay elsewhere and only drop by for some sake tasting."

"Thank you very much for a wonderful stay at the Nipponia Sasayama Castle Town Hotel.
The staff was fabulous, very attentive and very helpful.
I particularly loved the different "set"breakfasts options. "

"This traditional merchant house converted hotel is lovely. We own the entire building with two floors. One tiny living room on the ground floor, a bath house, a separate toilet near the entrance, along with a spacious bathroom with the second living room on the second floor. It’s airy and full of scent of wood. However, the bedroom is facing the road without sound proof windows, it was very noisy throughout the night. "

"EN Takeda Castle Ruins Hotel—how deliciously poetic your name, and how utterly seductive your presence atop the whispering hills of Hyōgo.
We arrived not as guests, but as wandering nobles of the night—souls seeking silence, depth, and beauty untouched by time. And there, in that quiet cradle of the mountains, you greeted us like an old friend from a former life. The tatami mats, the delicate sliding shoji doors, and the scent of cedarwood soaked in morning mist—everything spoke in the language...

"Hotel staff are nice, friendly and helpful, had a good time chatting with them in Grandpapa.
The breakfasts in grandpapa were really nice, better than what I expected. "

"we had a 3 persons room (1 double bed and 1 single bed). it was perfect for our family with plenty of space to store 3 suitcases and spread out of shopping bags before packing up and heading back home. The room and the hotel was in excellent condition. The check-in was fast. Despite being near a very large road connector the room was fairly quiet (to the exception of some crazy motorbike drives once in a while) because they used double glass windows. And the location is perfect: basically at Namba subway station, right next to Dotonbori, yet away from the crowded area, and close enough to Namba Nankai station that you can walk there with suitcases in less than 10min.
I would highly recommend to stay at this Toyoko-Inn when in Osaka."
"The staff are very welcoming and attentive, which made my stay pleasant. There's a Life supermarket right next to the hotel, this is super convenient for tourists who need to buy groceries often. The breakfast offered a lot of varieties, especially love the view of the Skytree there and the cozy environment. Self-checkout process went through smoothly too. The hotel lobby looks artistic and the bedroom is very spacious. A minor suggestion would be the bathtub height, it's a little too high for elderly, even for young adults. We have to be very careful when stepping in and out from the bathtub. Overall it's a great choice amid Tokyo region. "
"The staff was very helpful. The onset was lovely. The beds were pretty comfortable. The view was amazing. The amenities were helpful and this was probably our family’s favorite stay of our whole trip. "
