" A lot of thought and TLC is placed into the cabin and property to make it an enjoyable experience. We appreciated the use of the kayaks as we were unable to bring our paddle boards on the trip. We did rent a peddle boat across the lake for a few hours which was nice and convenient. We celebrated our son’s 24th birthday and our daughter going to college in Kirkland. It was a perfect 3 day getaway and our kids had a blast on the rope swing plunging into the lake over and over again. Apologies for not placing the garbage and recycling bins in the street for pickup. I didn’t see any reference in the directions and we created very little garbage not realizing the bins were already full from the previous renters. Nonetheless, should have clued in when the neighbors placed their cans on the street. We hope we have the opportunity to stay here again in the future as it was an amazing experience. "

"Our party of out of town wedding guests loved the cabin. Its a beautiful setting - they enjoyed the dock, lake, and kayaks. Kitchen was very workable...we grilled burgers on the big deck. I live a few miles away and are considering a stay and pretending I am far from home on vacation! One negative - there are fans but no windows have screens, so no crossbreeze when its hot. And its hot here in the summer. "

"My family and I had an absolutely amazing time. The property is phenomenal, adults loved the stunning views and beautiful scenery and the kids loved swimming, watercraft and fishing. John and Patti were amazing hosts providing us with general information about events in the area as well as places to eat and shop. They were super communicative the entire time and were always available to answer any questions. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time and did not want to leave at the end of 10 days. "
"We absolutely loved this place. The river was so lovely and we really liked the cover over the hot tub for when it rained. Great amenities and really appreciated the snack basket. Make sure to bring a sleep mask though because it is bright upstairs! I would totally book this home again. "

"Very happy with the house, only two negatives: The beds, very comfortable, but frames are very noisy whenever any kind of movement. The other one is a safety issue! Bathtub is VERY slippery, and floor in bathroom needs a non-slip surface when you get out. We are seniors, and the bathtub was troublesome! A non-slip mat or decals would make a stay here even more comfortable. Overall, I would definatly rate this house a 10!"
"The property was lovely! Everything was in good condition and very clean. There were adequate amenities to keep us comfortable. Check in and out were both easy. We saw the host briefly. She was very pleasant and asked if everything was all right. The neighborhood was quiet and a short walk to a park and beach by the lake. "
"Staying at The Hideaway was like going home to Moms house; comfortable and tastefully furnished with a blend of beautiful vintage furniture and collectibles, and modern amenities. The bed was SO comfortable, which was perfect after three days of wedding festivities. The owners were welcoming and helpful and a joy to visit with. Their property was beautiful and well-kept and the rhododendrons were breathtaking! We even saw elk in the yard one morning! Taylor Creek Hideaway is definitely one of our favorites!"

"The listing says 1/2 bath and true enough, no shower or tub. The door to the 1/2 bath was off the track and unusable until my dad fixed it. The only source of heat is an electric fireplace insert that trips the breaker every hour or so and a free standing space heater that is nearly enough on it's own. "
"We love the Koi Story Cabin. We were there for the Cyclone Bomb this year. No electricity for 4 days. The staff was amazing! They had us hooked up to a generator and the fire place kept us warm! We communicated with Elena, Ian and Sergei. They were so helpful and worked with our schedule. A delightful place to stay!"

"Wonderful home for a gathering of friends. We had a reunion nearby…. This homes setting made it comfortable to have coffee outside with the guest next to the lake and a sunset dinner. Beautiful colors on the lake in the evening while the boats make it home to their docks. Landscape around deck was beautiful. The home well equipped with large comfortable bedrooms. All king size beds. 360 degree view out the windows upstairs. Every bedroom has a view of the lake. We would definitely rent this home again.
