Lovely spot to stay in an amazing area. Recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It's a charming, beautifully designed property located right in the heart of downtown Seattle. The decor and overall ambiance were both inspiring and soothing, creating a unique and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly, kind, and responsive throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised, with great amenities and a beautiful view of the Space Needle. The only minor downside was that the TV's placement partially blocked the view from certain angles. When we arrived, the TV wasn't working, but the team addressed the issue quickly and efficiently. There were a few small areas for improvement. We had received a VIP voucher for complimentary drinks, but it wasn't mentioned during check-in. Since we were only staying one night, we unfortunately didn't have enough time to take advantage of it. We also found that only decaf coffee pods were stocked in the room initially, but after we notified the staff, they promptly brought us a full bag of regular coffee pods. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and truly appreciated the hotel's design, atmosphere, and excellent service. The only thing to note is that, being located in the middle of downtown, it can be a bit noisy at night due to the city's activity. That said, I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to others looking for a stylish and well-located hotel in Seattle.

The staff was excellent, professional and friendly. The location is excellent. The room was clean and well kept There was only one set of elevators and one of those stopped working, so it was extremely painful trying to navigate the elevators. The stairs were locked behind a door you needed a code to access and it wasn’t clearly marked. So clearly the markings of an older building. There was no business center, so printing boarding information and so forth was nearly impossible. Thank goodness, the staff allows you to print to the front desk computer. The restaurant hours and menu were disappointing.

The area felt a bit sketchy. The gentleman who checked us in told us nothing about the hotel. But overheard a nice lady explaining everything to another couple. We were a bit in the dark. Didn’t know about free coffee, water etc also I believe there is a sitting on top of the hotel. Wish we would have known about that also. The gentleman needs to explain these things to people. The hotel was profit where it was located and had no breakfast.
