"I scheduled to have the airport shuttle to take me to the airport at 9 AM on Monday April 20, 2026. I showed up at the front desk at exactly 9:01 AM (1 minute late) and the front staff said the shuttle has gone at 9 AM. When I made my airport shuttle reservation, the front staff didn't inform me that the shuttle will be leaving exactly at 9:00 AM. Again, I was at the front desk at exactly 9:01 AM, and the front desk staff showed me the clock at 9:01 and told me that I was 1 minute late. Very disappointed about this."

"I was just running through on my way to the airport for an early flight, so I didn’t get to take advantage of more than the good bed and the airport shuttle, but both were great and the staff was kind. "

"The AC in the room wouldnt stay on. Breakfast had a lot of options. I got there late so they were out of sausages and pancakes but I was still surprised what was available. Scrambled egg, ham, and cheese on toast. Mmmm. Next time I will get up earlier. But as I was toasting my bread this staff member came in and just shut down the juice machine which was what I was right about to get. Then she put away all the utensils before I could get what I needed. Another guy who came in right after that was complaining and making excuses to get food past the time. I understand her not letting him get anything but in the middle of me getting food to not even say anything or ask me if I needed anything just started to put everything away as fast as humanly possible. I work under strict schedules at my job as well but if a customer was actively engaged in something I would at the bare minimum knowledge them and personally I would ask if there was anything I was putting away was anything needed. Otherwise, pretty good place. I soaked a hand towel in hot water and hung it in the thermostat and that solved the ac issue. "

"$35 fee for parking out in the middle of nowhere. Heating/AC didn't work. Otherwise nice"

"I've stayed and used this Coast for the past 15 years and overall it's been very good. This time, however, there was no hot water -not in the bathroom sink or in the shower. If you're into "Cold Plunges" then this would have raised the rating, however, I had just come from an extended week of outdoor photography and was really looking forward to a hot, relaxing shower......did not happen"

"Parking is horrible. Bathroom not properly cleaned. Not knowing that a security person would go to the room to reset key card was odd because it seemed like someone was trying to get in the room. Front desk should have mentioned that before we got to our room. "
