“It was a wonderful get away. We got to watch the stars and enjoy the sound of nature. If we felt like going into town Bastrop was not very far and had wonderful things to do in town. the Paige farmhouse dinner was very close and delicious food. We cant wait to come back and try staying at the Hobbits nest”

“Found this cabin for my wife's birthday. It was exactly what she had been wanting. Beautiful cabin with a fun bit of history to see and experience. Comfortable beds, and sweet back porch with three ceiling fans. The property and the pond are awesome! Fun to hike and explore. We will definitely come back to visit this little ol calbin.”

The bed linens (pillows, duvet) could use replacing and/or a really good washing.
