Overall my stay was very pleasant! The property was clean and as advertised. Everything looked like the pictures except the lawn was fairly overgrown. This house is in a great location in Johnson City. I needed a place to stay while working on some property nearby. The house is very comfortable, good parking, good location, and you can walk to several shops and places to eat.

Charming Cottage

Perfect location for visiting the wineries on 290. We liked being in Johnson City rather than Fredericksburg. Enjoyed sitting in the back yard in the evening. Inside is updated and had everything we needed. A very enjoyable stay!

Very cool house, it's bigger than the preview even shows. Whole house with front and back yard, driveway, all amenities and walking distance from the heart of JCTX.

Delightful cottage perfect location

Fantastic stay at the Little Dipper! Great location close to everything in JC. Hosts provided great recommendations and even some welcome muffins. Well decorated and COMFORTABLE house. Check in and check out processes the smoothest I’ve experienced with a short term rental over the 10yrs I’ve been staying in them!
