"Property owner had great communication throughout our interaction. Home was inviting and exactly as expected. It’s far enough away from the busier area to be a quiet place with not too much light pollution, yet close enough that a couple of us walked from the saloon to exercise off some good food. "
"Very happy! Rooms were clean, air conditioners worked great, very safe parking lot and rooms (though no safe available) and service in the room was excellent! The bed cover may have had stains but we put that to the side and everything was super clean and location was close enough to all we wanted. No frills but amazing value!!!"
"Lovely house. Big open windows overlooking the desert. Perfect getaway on the 4th of July for those who aren’t the biggest fans of fireworks. It was so quiet, peaceful. I loved it. Also one of the most comfortable jacuzzi’s I’ve ever sat in. "

"The home was exactly as described—very clean, very spacious, backyard hot tub a plus esp for star gazing! Super quiet… reason for 4 stars: back door latch was not working properly, kitchen could have had few more items available (foil, Saran Wrap, ziploc bags etc but not a deal-breaker)- definitely recommend! "
"Absolutely incredible experience. Check in process was quick and easy. Pool was small but perfect and private. Beds were so comfortable and all the things needed to cook. By far a very simple practical house and super clean. The host support was very responsive. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. Thank you for opening your home to us. "Cute little place within walking distance to Crossroads Cafe, JT Saloon, Sunday flea market, etc. Very comfortable, especially after a long day in the desert! Frank was a great host and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay there again. "
"We loved Sunburst Hacienda! The space is beautiful, clean, and close to Joshua Tree shops and restaurants and park entrances. Stargazing in the hammocks at night was so peaceful, we used some of the board games and had everything we needed to make a few meals in the kitchen. The VRBO photos were a bit confusing, but there are two bedrooms (1 with a king bed, 1 with two twin beds) and the converted garage with a large pull out sofa. Overall very comfortable stay for 4-6 people, and the hosts were very responsive."

"This Vrbo more than served its purpose for our visit to Joshua Tree! I appreciated the special touches like extra towels and blankets available in the house. It was really nice to have the washer/dryer as well. The pool was actually cool and perfect for the hot afternoons, while the hot tub felt soooo great after a long day of hiking. Also, the hot tub heat was already set to 99 when I arrived so I only had to raise it a little and then turn it down when we wouldn’t be using it. This was so nice because in my experience at other Vrbos, the tub is always cold and needs at least 8-12hrs to heat up. The only real con was that the house could probably use a deep clean but I also recognize it’s in the desert and I’m sure they don’t deep clean after every guest. Additionally, it was very clean where it counted- beds, toilet/shower, kitchen, and pool/hot tub. Lastly, the location was great, about a 5 minute drive to the park entrance and walking distance to the visitor center and stores/restaurants. Overall, we loved using all the amenities this home had to offer and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!"

"Super convenient to town but also in a quiet neighborhood. The house is cute as heck, and the 3 of us were never on top of one another. We saw partridges in the yard, cactus wrens, hummingbirds, and more. If we come back to JT, we will definitely aim for here again!"

"I absolutely loved this place. It was simple, clean, tranquil, and quiet. Except when the neighbors dog decides to bark. Nice seating areas outside to view the stars at night and to have your morning tea. The house has lots of space, a beautiful kitchen. It’s located right up the street from some cool shops. And on Saturdays there is a great farmers market. I think I found my spot! Whenever staying in Joshua Tree I hope I would be able to return again! "
"We rented both A&B for 6 adults, 2 children and 1 infant. The place was great with an awesome desert vibe, but still so close to everything. Polished concrete floors and showers made everything so easy to keep clean. The included gas fire pits made the desert evenings fun. If you want to experience a great stay near to Joshua Tree you couldn’t do much better."

"Clean and comfortable. Very interesting Asian decor. Be aware, though, that the bathroom has an open shower and cement/pebbly floor. You might want to bring non-slippery water shoes to wear when showering. "
"Shane is an excellent host. His property is cute and very comfortable with all the amenities of home. We loved how close it was to the West Entrance (even though it closed the day after we arrived) and were able to get in for one sunset viewing. Thank you again and we hope to come back."

"Great 3 bedroom 3 bath house with roomy living room and full kitchen. Very convenient for visiting the national park and 2 minutes from town. The hosts responded within minutes. They even brought fire wood for the pit where we roasted marshmallows. Would definitely stay here again."
