“The location is good. We entered Joshua tree state park from south entrance and out gate of west entrance in the afternoon. We checked in the hotel and took a shower. We grab some food and entered the park again for sunset and night sky. ”

“房间一点都不隔音，一晚上非常的吵，整夜被吵醒了四五次，洗手盆特别矮，大概是给小孩子设计的高度，而且洗手池的水龙头非常的短，几乎是贴着洗手盆壁，用起来非常的别扭”

“Convenient location, cute home, had everything we needed. Very spacious house and the backyard was very nice. But while the kitchen appliances were retro looking and cute, they weren’t functional for my family’s needs. I couldn’t get the oven to work, my pizza from the market didn’t fit in the compact fridge, and the microwave had Roman numerals on the dials for settings but I didn’t know that the settings meant. I had to just set the timer and hope for the best. Communication with the……

“This is my third time staying here and I love it every time. We have always lucked out with getting a room here when going to see a show at Pappy and Harriet’s. It’s the best way to do it. The rooms are always great and the staff if always very nice. I’ll definitely be staying here more.”

“Except we were email/ call 3 times with 24 hours before check-in (I couldn’t help but guessed it was due to they had nobody working after 9pm), everything was beating expectation. Room was decent. Service was excellent - TV remote was available (for our device to connect to hdmi) the minute we asked ; room was cleaned, bed were made, towel replaced, bathroom was cleaned, garbage was cleared daily - which was not the case in most of the motel. We were so excited to bbq in motel public area……

“Everything was very nice at the house. Property manager was quick to respond when we had an issue with a toilet not working properly. Would definitely recommend to someone, and would likely look to stay again if we're ever in the area again.”

“Really disappointed in the service from the girls. They couldn’t even tell people when food got delivered. They stayed in the office 90% of the time. We really didn’t appreciate the music at 2am when everybody is in their rooms sleeping and I couldn’t even hear our tv. Ear plugs did nothing. Also it is advertised as clothing optional but that is not the case at all. Just disappointed to spend that much money on mediocre service, crappy stale food and a jacuzzi that was not that warm and needed……
