The bathroom lights didn’t work. There were boogers on the back of the door and the wall in the bathroom, and there was crap underneath the toilet lid. And also the bathroom door was filthy. And why they need those toilets that are only a foot off the ground is stupid. Wall next to bed was filthy, the carpet felt damp when going barefoot. The room also had an unpleasant smell. The smell of Marijuana was overwhelming, when I asked to be moved to the bottom floor because that was the only place that did not smell like Marijuana I was told no, because we had a service dog and 3rd floor was the only floor that I could be on. There was others that had dogs on that floor and kids running up and down the hall with dogs on no leads. There was mold on the walls, and the floors I mopped myself due to it being sticky. No other hotels were available due to the races this weekend. The shower did not have a shower curtain, the hand towels had hair on them, the bathroom door would not shut, and updates are much needed. The front desk was friendly, but the same front desk clerk was there when we got checked in at 6 PM and when I checked out at 6 AM along with when I went through the lobby at 8 PM and 11 PM.
