"When we checked in, the staff was super friendly,courteous and professional. After we brought our things to the room, I realized they had a room that had an adjoining door to the other side so we requested the connecting room. The staff had no problem with it and changed the rooms right away. When we came back late in the evening, we needed additional towels and the staff promptly provided them. The next morning, we ate breakfast at their restaurant next door. We were greeted by an amazing woman named Heidi! She is a breath of fresh air. She was so happy, helpful and engaging with everyone that walked in the door. You could just tell she loved her job and life in general. I would definitely stay here again next time. "

Kathy at front desk arranged our Exit glacier tour when we were not able to get anything since it was the 4th of July. It’s definitely overpriced (400$+ per night) but at least the experience was great! "
