"Property is not at the address advertised. Furniture in the picture is not in the rooms. Broken wooden chairs replaced the couch in photo. It was an embarrassment to my guests. "

"Nothing fancy, and not as "cute" as the photos make it seem. Walking in there was a bunch of random glass and building materials in the hallway, creaky stairs, etc. The walls/doors are also PAPER THIN so expect to hear other guests if you stay here (i woke up to kids screaming a lot and some ppl playing loud music - they do have earplugs in the room though). There are two shuttered/closed down restaurants below the hotel, which gave it a sorta sad vibe. Otherwise, excellent location, easy 2block...

"The host should consider improving cleanliness and adding more furniture to the bedroom. We were unable to sleep in the other room because the bed leg was bent upon our arrival. Additionally, the furniture feels very cheap, and the shower liner needs to be replaced. There are no TVs in the bedrooms, only a very small TV in the living room."

"This property offers an excellent location and comfortable accommodations. However, sound carries easily between units due to thin walls. During our stay, we experienced noise from neighboring guests who didn't observe the quiet hours, and being on the ground floor, we could hear foot traffic from other guests throughout the night."

"The property was very clean, and the perfect size for my girlfriend and I. Parking can be challenging, but otherwise everything else was perfect. Great, safe neighborhood, great local spots all within walking distance. I would definitely book here again! "

"Overall, the property was clean, check-in was simple, the bed was comfortable and communication with the owner was excellent. Things to consider: no outdoor area to sit and relax with a cup of coffee, parking was always a challenge, water in kitchen faucet was never cold, and the noise from people/cars in the street (early AM & later at night) was bothersome."

"This was a beautiful space for us to spend Thanksgiving. The subway was a nice 20 minute walk and the neighborhood and neighbors were friendly and interesting. The space was restful, homey, and included everything we needed. Our host was helpful and always available with great information before we arrived. I can’t wait to return."

"The apartment walls needs painting. There's no table or chairs for dining. The bathroom doesn't even have regular soap. The windows are very dirty. The apartment is clearly overpriced."

"View of the corner rims are amazing but the staff do not greet you. They don’t have simple manners. Welcome to the M social none of that and upon checking out she said “you’re good to go”. Nothing out of this world but for the price and appeal you think there would be more serviceability. Elevators were constantly down which makes you wonder if the staff does this on purpose to make dealing with people less frequent, not that many people were bugging them to begin with. 6/10 not bad but not great the room view did the heavy lifting also cleaning staff was in point."
