"I was originally placed on the first floor. The guy in the room next to me was incredibly loud - sounded like multiple people in the room. I had also been given an accessible room. Not needing that, and not wanting to start anything with the neighbor, I requested a different room. The lady at the front desk was incredible! She changed my room without question and put me on the top floor, which was nice and peaceful. The next morning, the same lady checked me out and recommended a coffee shop down the road for my long drive home. It, too, was great! 15/10 customer service. :) (The Coffee Shop was called RedRail, for those interested)"

"We booked a two night stay. The room was clean. Hotel was pretty quiet. Not much in options for breakfast. You can make a waffle or have some cold cereal if there's milk. There were a few muffins and some bread for toast. No yogurt the first morning but was the second morning. Also had some bananas. Worked for us. My only complaints were the elevator doors kept opening and closing (3times) before it would finally start going up to the rooms or down to the lobby and also the hotel shares a parking lot with Applebees next door which can impact parking. I got back later one night and had someone not left, I wouldn't have been able to park because people were parking and walking over to the restaurant. The hotel even has a sign in their lobby about the shared parking. I'd stay there again, especially for the cheaper price close to the Toyota Center."

"My room was amazing. Nice and clean when I got there. Bathroom was clean. Everything was just amazing. All the staff that I dealt with very friendly always smiling very helpful. Did not have time to try out the bar, but it looked like an amazing place. Breakfast in the morning was great. They had everything from waffles to scrambled eggs two biscuits and gravy. Anything you could want."
