“The apartment was clean and just like pictures. Perfect for our family of 5, located next to a mall as well as many other food locations and Target. The Metro is just a 3 min walk away. Super convenient. We loved this place.”

“I stayed here while I was in DC for work, and I couldn't ask for a better place. It is walking distance to my office (and to all the best DC sights, if you are there for fun). It's a very comfortable studio with a very clean kitchen and comfortable bed. What else could you ask for? I'll definitely stay here again.”

“Very nice space, looks like just renovated. Brand new kitchen appliances, great shower, convenient bed set up in the bedroom. Our family of 4 wife slept on big bed, 6 year old in the bunk, 3 year old on the trundle, and me on the couch. The TV in the main room is about 65 inches. Provided snacks and some sodas, plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets. Host was very easy to contact and responded very quickly. A grocery store is in walking distance and train station is a mere 2 minutes driving....

“This was a great option fo traveling in the DC area with two families. We did not receive an email with check-in instructions, but the folks at Hosteeva were very kind and helpful when I called. Unfortunately, we were given the wrong door codes, and our room was being cleaned when we arrived at 4. The cleaning staff was not expecting us; however, the person cleaning our room was friendly and helpful, and he gave us working door codes. “Papa was a great host- very responsive to inquiries and concerns. The unit was clean and pretty well furnished. A nice addition was the complimentary shelf with things like coffee, sugar PB&J and condiments. I scored the location kind of low due to an older building w/ thin floors and noisy neighbors at night (noted in the property description- not Papa's fault).”
