“Room service didn’t work. The rooms are very dated. The balcony/river view was a concrete wall. The room was not worth what I paid for it. Other than the shower being huge, it was poorly lit. Never again”

“Let me start by saying I would stay here again. There were just little things that made the stay less than a five star stay. First I went to DC with a total of five people elderly ladies. I contacted the hotel directly before I arrived to discuss the three room’s I booked. I wanted them on the same floor, next to one another would be ideal, but I get it. They told me that since I booked through a third party they could not accommodate that request. So we ended up on three different floors. Next……
