My hotel room was clean and very comfortable. Parking was very accessible and the location of the hotel was easy for me to get to John Ball Zoo and Frederick Meijer Park.

Very convenient location. Comfortable beds, clean, friendly staff and area felt safe and secure. Only complaint was the breakfast. No cereal or milk and the only breakfast meat was corned beef hash.

We arrived in the dark and the back entrance where you park was a little tricky so we went to the front.
