We checked in on a Wednesday and we stayed until Monday. Be advised that you don’t get housekeeping over the weekend. Did not know this in advance but there is a sticker on the mirror in the room to explain. I had to take out our own garbage and go to the front desk to get clean towels. Housekeeping came on Thursday and we were finally able to get someone to switch out towels and take garbage late on Sunday but we had to ask twice for this service.
The facility is a little tired and the staff needs to pay more attention to details such as cleaning halls/stairwells, wiping tables during breakfast, don’t tell customers that you’ll address a problem unless you actually will.
