“Recent stay for two nights in a studio room with two adults & three children while visiting an ailing family member. Our stay started off poorly when we pulled back the sheets on both beds the first night and found brown stains on the bedding. We notified the front desk immediately and were moved to another room. While appreciated the room change, packing up and relocating at night with three children was far from ideal. Night 2, after an emotionally draining day, we return to find the toilet in……

“The room #101 as bugs on the walls. The room was advertised as :accessibility " the beds was high, the bathroom has shower tub combo. The tub is extremely high which isnt accessible for someone with mobility issues the tub have safety bars , the shower head is almost to the ceiling which can't be access by someone with mobility issues. I spoke to the 2 ladies at the desk, one said there's nothing she can do, the other lady said we should have said something they would have switched the room. We……

“We booked this hotel for a concert in Gainesville. When we arrived, there was five couples standing outside waiting to register. All of us needed to get to the concert in order to find parking before got too late. We waited an hour and 15 minutes for one couple to be processed. The gentleman who worked there was very nice, but was working with extremely limited resources. I think he did the best he could, but the rooms were substandard, dirty, and we didn’t get our room till 1:30 in the morning.……

“I know now where to stay every time I go to Gainesville. If you are looking for warmth and charm, and want something that resonates the south with its pretty gardens, Spanish moss, and trickling fountains, then this is it. I love bed and breakfasts for this very reason— the homely feeling. You can’t get that anywhere else. So glad we booked here. Very quiet place, was so surprised to see how many people were actually in the house when we went down for breakfast. You’d NEVER know based on how……
