“Thank you! You were a fantastic host. House was clean. Great communication. As a property manager I would recommend you without hesitation. ”

“Great place, but previous guests must have put dirty dishes and cooking equipment away as we found the air fryer was gross and a few other items. They were in cabinets, so I am sure the cleaning crew didn't think to investigate it. Otherwise it was very clean. The only other negative was that the number that can sleep there can't eat at the table together. However, it clearly shows this in the photos, so we were not surprised. We LOVED the screened-in porch and spent most of our time there, so……

“Property was clean and nice. Just what we needed.”

“We were very disappointed with our stay. Within the first hour of arriving, we encountered three palmetto bugs (we initially called them roaches), two of which we killed. We debated leaving then but decided to stay because we were looking forward to the farm animals and pool and had scheduled plans nearby the next two days. Unfortunately, the second night was worse. We killed three more inside the tiny home, and around 2:00 a.m. our daughter woke up with at least two palmetto bugs in her bed.……

“The Depot Village Family were very responsive to my questions before arriving and for things needed while we were there! The location was super convenient to downtown and the campus. Would definitely stay again!! ”

“Everything was great! ”

“We had a wonderful stay at this home! The property was exactly as described-clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It had plenty of space for us, and the amenities made our stay easy and enjoyable. The location was convenient while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The host was responsive, friendly, and provided clear instructions for the check-in and check-out, making the entire process seamless. We truly felt at home and appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. We would……

“The property was in a great location. The house was very dated, the kitchen overhead light just flashed like a disco. The shower head was so low it showered my chest. Over all it was a decent value, but it does need updating.”

“The communication of the property manager was excellent, and the house was clean. The only real complaint is that the listing included a Smart TV, which would imply the ability to connect to the Internet and use streaming services. The TV was too old to dowload or use any of today's apps/services (Netflix, Prime, DirecTV, YouTubeTV, ESPN, etc), so didn't serve our purposes at all. If that's remedied, then the place would be fine. ”
