"My husband and I booked this place through Expedia and we were so thankful we did. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Laura and she was so welcoming. She immediately started showing us all around the inn and all the amenities that come with staying here. Our room was so convenient and so cozy. The next morning our delicious breakfast was served by the owners Ken and Caroline. Ken was always was helpful in giving suggestions of things to do in the area. They both had the warmest personalities and as southerns say “ Bent over backwards” to make sure everything was perfect. It was our 43 anniversary and Laura wrote happy anniversary on a chalkboard for everyone to see the next morning. So again everyone here was so wonderful and we had the best time…. We even extended our stay for another nite and they made it happen. If you are looking for a quiet, beautiful relaxing place to stay in Vermont don’t hesitate to book here. Trust me you won’t regret it….. you will just have fabulous memories that will last a lifetime Thanks guys"

"This was perfect for our family to participate in The Cirque Series Race at Killingto as well as the ease of enjoying the nearby restaurants and scenery. We hiked some of the green ski trails right out the door. The living room couch is so cozy. We lounged around and played games. Close to the Distillery and many restaurants. Primary bedroom suite is lovely. "

"We had such an incredible experience during our stay at this charming country inn. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully planned. The s’mores bar by the outdoor fire pit was such a cozy touch and made our evening feel special. Even the umbrellas thoughtfully placed in the entryway showed just how much care they put into anticipating guests’ needs. A list of local dining options was provided, along with a wonderful suggestion to visit a nearby waterfall just down the road. The staff was top-notch—friendly, attentive and genuinely welcoming. A huge thank-you to the innkeeper, who was always available and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We’re also incredibly grateful to the general manager, who sat down with us to walk through our wedding plans and answered every question with patience and insight. That kind of personal attention is rare and truly appreciated. If you’re looking for a place that blends comfort, charm and thoughtful hospitality, this is it.
