Room was exceptionally clean and the front desk was courteous. The only thing I have to ding is the TV would keep cutting out but it was no biggie. Our room was very clean and comfortable - looked freshly painted! We travel frequently between Tulsa, OK and Fresno, CA and Kingman is a convienent location for us to stop over. Unfortunately on this trip we were rushing back to Oklahoma, so we arrived late and left early. The room was clean. The young woman who checked us in (and out) was very nice. My only complaint this time was that the ice machine was not dispensing ice. It may be that all the other guests had already used all of the ice before we got there and it haden't had time to make more, but it wasn't a major issue.
