Great base for exploring the redwoods

Ample space, great location, very comfortable beds, perfect for exploring nearby sites like the Grove of the Titans and Fern Canyon.

Great Stay in the Redwoods

We stayed here for a couple of days while visiting the Redwoods. It was a great respite from hotels and very close to where we wanted to be. The beds were fantastic. We had a great stay.

Spacious and great location

We really enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was well equipped, bathrooms were nice and there were plenty of towels.Bed was comfy and loved the comforter and blankets.Very quiet. Great location to the Redwoods. !

Great location and value!

This house isn't fancy, but it's quite comfortable and the location is perfect for visiting the redwoods! We loved being in Klamath - so peaceful and right in the middle of all the parks!

Great location

Perfect location!! We loved the beach that was 3 mins away and enjoyed the Red Woods NP that was also nearby. The home was lovely and confortable! My kids fully enjoyed the house and the neighborhood cats.

Nicer than pics.

House is roomy, clean, comfortable and quiet. The location is good for exploring redwoods north and south. But we especially liked Hidden Beach that was close by.

Redwoods Basecamp!

Perfect location for visiting the Redwoods National and State Parks. Centrally located, short drive to Crescent City. The property is spacious and comfortable. We saw a large Black Bear in the backyard on our final day!

Great Location

Updated older home in quiet neighborhood. We saw several skunks and a fox roaming the neighborhood in the evening. Peaceful home, close to nature near the national park. House is dated but adequate and clean. Comfortable bed and spacious living area.

Upgraded

Because of plumbing issues here, the host upgraded us to another location nearby that was excellent. The host informed us of the issues on the morning of our check-in, so we were able to go directly to the other house. Great communication! Highly recommend!

Great stay in the Redwoods

The photos do not do this property justice. It was spacious, clean, contemporary, and nicely decorated. It has great views of the the forested hills from the backyard. It is a great jumping off point to the redwoods and only minutes away from the Trees of Mystery. Don't be put off by the few houses that look abandoned as you first turn off the road. The rest of the neighbor bood is a collection of well kept homes. Buy your groceries on the way into this area because the closest major grocery store is about 30 minutes away.

Comfy Stay

This home was a comfy stay. The beds were all super soft and comfortable. Host had all the basic essentials needed for our stay. However, we were not the only ones there. We had a few uninvited guests. On our first night there, a lot ants found their way to our snack box. We picked up some ant spray in the next town over. There were ants on the coffee table and along the window sill facing the backyard. Other than that, we loved our stay and really enjoyed the surrounding beauty of nature. Thank you 💜

The property next door (on the driveway side) was undergoing some remodeling and we picked up multiple rusty nails out of the driveway of the unit where we were staying. We discovered the nails after we had already parked and luckily did not run over one, but it would have been very easy to have ended up with a nail in our tire. Also, we shared the accomodations with a neighborly skunk who was lingering under a bush between the driveway and the front porch.... We didn't bother him and thank goodness he didn't bother us.

Very large space. Bedrooms, bath, kitchen and living areas large. Nice sized yard. Middle of the Redwoods. Be sure to stock up on groceries in Crescent City.

Great location when you are visiting the area's several National & State parks! The beds and linens were very nice, much nicer than other locations we have stayed at! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook at home. Great pantry items and coffee/tea station as well!

Northern California

Big house and relaxing space. This was a rest stop for us as we’ve been traveling around. We did see the redwoods and hiked part of the coastal trail to Hidden Beach Big kitchen and great laundry room. This is a more remote area so no groceries and restaurants nearby so plan ahead for that.

Such a great stay!

Super comfy and accommodating! They had everything you could ever need! Like lots of detailed items available for use which go a long way...tons of extra blankets, a cooler, sun screen, bug spray. Stuff like tht which make this place amazing!!!
