This is an exceptional hotel. Situated on a beautiful lake with swans and ducks. Beautiful building with an outstanding restaurant with the best duck entre ever. The breakfast was outstanding. The staff are als incredible. A special thank you to Marisa.

First of all the location here was ideal and right in the center of the city of carlowitz the staff was amazing and super helpful and friendly. I recommend this hotel and will be back again when in Karlovac.

In the middle of nowhere but only ten mins to decent great value restaurant and fifteen minutes to good supermarkets (both by car). Ana the host is lovely and couldn't help more. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Man hatte viele Optionen (Boot ausleihen, Tischtennis, Grill, etc) und das Haus war ruhig aber direkt am Fluss gelegen. Wir hatten wirklich eine schöne Zeit dort. Dasnächste mal bleiben wir länger. Duesmal waren wir nur auf der Durchreise.
