Stroll along the Pacific Ocean on the boardwalk or in the sand, walk to restaurants, coffee shops and a grocery store in this safe and charming neighborhood. Less dense and more quiet than Pacific Beach and Mission Beach, a real neighborhood with mostly year-round locals as neighbors.

Enjoy the historical aspects of the house, the high coved ceilings, wood burning fireplace and original hardwood floors. A BBQ, built in table/benches and two off-street, tandem parking places are located in the gated back patio. The front of the house is south facing and has a large green grassy yard with views of the ocean to the west.
