“أبدأ من التعامل عند الاستقبال ، حيث كان مثالي وراقي ، وإقامتي كانت جميلة ، ما ألاحظه فقط ضيق مساحة الغرف ، وعدم وجود أفياش كهرباء بعدد كاف مثلا لشحن الموبايل وأن تكون في مواقع بعيدة عن متناول الأطفال، حيث أنها موجودة بأسفل جدار الغرفة.”

“Great hotel, area easy access to gate 79 as this gate is always open for Umrah and kaba access. Clean polite and good employees for the most part. Not helpful if you have any questions where to go or hotel breakfast information!”

“Really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, convenience for groceries (there is a grocery store right across although the prices are high), a shuttle bus that comes every 40 minutes to take you to a transfer point for the Haram. Breakfast could use improvement but the dine-in menu for room service is very good! Overall I was very impressed by the amenities and facilities (gym and a very well build mosque inside). They are extremely welcoming and available to tend to your every need. ”
