"Staff was great"

"The staff was courteous and exceptionally helpful. I have stayed there several times and have always found the rooms to be clean and the beds comfortable. However, the room this trip had a couple of drawbacks, #1, was there was no counter in the bathroom to put toiletries; #2 there was no closet, only a rack to hang clothes with an iron on it and an ironing board next to it. After traveling all day, it serviced its purpose for the night, to have a clean room with a comfortable bed."

"An overall great stay. Very friendly staff at front desk and around the hotel with the exception of one of the breakfast attendants who was bad mouthing guests. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Parking a little cramped, but plenty of spaces available even with the hotel being fully booked. Comfortable and clean rooms. Breakfast was decent, but many things were out with plenty of breakfast time left. Hotel is very conveniently located for many things. Close to a mall with good food options, and not a long drive to New Orleans. "

"The hotel room was exceptionally clean with a comfy bed. Housekeeping even came in during our 4 day stay to change linens and towels, which we rarely see done anymore during our travels. Very friendly staff that gave us advice on the best local restaurants and places to visit. We will definitely be back.! "
