“We booked this property for a two night stay in Langley which is the cutest town about 15 minutes away. The house and furniture are outdated and needs to be updated. However, the house is very comfortable and it has all the amenities you would need. We cooked in the kitchen both nights but the pots and pans really need to be replaced. The views are spectacular and we got to experience a beautiful sunset. Overall, this is a comfortable place to stay but do not expect modern and new……

“The location was five stars, along with the view each morning from the deck and the evening wind down. The mattress on the downstairs futon was amazingly comfortable, It was only six or seven minutes to the IGA, which met all my needs. I would stay there again.”

“My son was getting married on Lake Goodwin and we need a place to be close to the event. It was a great location, great lake view, well taken care of cabin. My wife said it was the perfect day and the cabin we could relax at was part of that. I wished I could have stayed longer to enjoy the beautiful cabin and setting.”

“Absolutely fell in love with this property! My partner and I spent days just sitting on the back porch reading and talking while listening to the river. The mountain loop drive up to the Cascades was breathtaking! WiFi made up for the lack of cell service, and anything we needed was promptly addressed by the owners. Will look at coming back for another stay in the future!”

“Great cabin, well maintained! We had a great night of fun, on the river with our own water front, relaxed in the hot tub, watched a movie and enjoy a relaxing sleep to the sound of the running river. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay. Overall, an above average VRBO. Well appointed with the essentials and very clean. The portable AC unit upstairs kept that area cool enough. It was running when we arrived, a nice touch. We found the beds and bedding to be very comfortable. The big hot tub was in good shape and clean, chemicals not to heavy. It was great to hit the tub at the end of a long day driving/hiking. We cleaned up the hummingbird feeders (no soap), and filled them with the usual 4-1……

Yes, the pictures are accurate, but they truly don't capture the magic of the small, quiet, and incredibly cute neighborhood. Waking up to the majestic sight of snow-covered mountains framing the beach was an unforgettable experience. Plus, it was such a quick and easy ride into the charming town of Langley. “Lynn's guest house is perfect place for a couple or a small family. All the comforts you need are aptly provided. It is in a beautiful, quiet, private setting with your own covered carport and outside setting areas. We loved everything about it. The check in/out process was simple and the entire stay went off without a hitch. I feel that the host would have been right on top of any issue that may have come up. The rice was very reasonable for the accommodations. If we are staying in the Seattle……

“We were visiting Monroe for our niece’s wedding and absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Pacific Bin! The house was perfect for our family of 5 plus one additional niece. The place was amazing and the kitchen was great. We ended up getting a whole salmon and cooked filets on the gas grill. Everybody was thrilled with the hot tub. And roasting marshmallows at a campfire was a hit. The upstairs bathroom was incredible. I would definitely recommend staying here again. ”
