“We arrive and there is no one in the lobby. They have a 300 dollar deposit to send you by mail the room number and the Door Code and that email arrived around 2 in the morning, bad service but to collect the deposit alone busy 2 seconds”

No drawers available for clothes, so have to live out of suitcases- a few hangers in the closets. Two suitcase racks provided. Nice little patio out back. Dryer did not get hot. Very walkable neighborhood with restaurants and Whole foods nearby.”

“The Good: Clean and neat property. The Bad: The property had 3 gate codes to get in and I had to message 3 times to obtain. There were no coffee pods for the coffee maker and a few tea bags, but some had been opened. The dish washer was full… Finally, with a hefty service fee, I was asked to carry the trash to a dumpster on the other side of a fence. This all left a bad taste for the whole experience.”

“We booked a stay for our Son's Birthday trip to Dallas and are beyond happy with our stay. Host was very responsive and accomodating/flexible. Easiest check in instructions. Private garage parking within gated community, with direct access to condo which is super convenient for loading bags/ groceries. Modern condo unit trendy finishes & cute decor/bedding. Heater works great. Perfect bed count for 2 adults, 2 kids. Quiet neighborhood and located within short drive to Dallas attractions....
