"We were very comfortable in this clean and comfortable house. Everything worked well. Beds comfortable. We had extra family stay a few nights and they were comfy too. It’s walking and central to Ozona and Palm Harbor restaurants. Bike path in back yard. Starchans ice cream at the end of street. The location is directly accross from USPS so there was to be expected occasional noise. Nothing that kept us awake."

Very convenient to downtown Dunedin and Honeymoon Island & Caladesi State Parks. Several good restaurants and breweries close by. Owners live on site and were very friendly."

"This property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The furnishings in the house were very cute and useful. The bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of room to store our clothes and necessities. The owner was very nice and personable. They had provided us with some complimentary Prosecco it was a sweet gift for us. "Took an overnight trip to visit Dunedin with my mom and sister. Barefoot Parrot was the perfect spot to spend the night. Nicely decorated and immaculate! We didn’t stay long enough to take advantage of all the amenities, but Jen’s local guide with suggestions for shopping, restaurants and beaches was quite helpful. Highly recommend!"

"We had a great time staying in Dunedin - and Barefoot Parrot 2 was the perfect cottage to stay in. The house is in the best location. You arrive and then are able to walk everywhere. Right downtown within 1-2 blocks of all of the great bars, breweries, restaurants, and coffee shops. The house itself is super cute, clean, comfortable and has everything you need. "Very clean. Great back patio. Remote in"seashell" bedroom didn't work on ceiling fan. We switched it with other queen bedroom Difficult to navigate if disabled. Nice town, restaurants very good, not much of a beach, have to drive to Clearwater."

"The accommodations were excellent! Everything was as shown or better than the pictures online. Bed & couch were comfy and kitchen had all the necessary essentials. The grounds are beautiful & the place is conveniently located near downtown Dunedin in a charming quaint neighborhood. Loved it and would definitely go back!"

"What a cute little cottage. So well stocked, and SO clean! Super cozy bed. Good fans and a/c works well. Judy was excellent in responding to questions. Instructions were clearly laid out. Great location. 15 minutes to TPA, downtown, Ybor city, Busch Gardens. Great little coffee place steps away. And a pub 5 minute walk away with amazing food and prices! The home had everything we needed and wanted - quiet, relaxing, great amenities (thanks for the eggs!), and close to Tarpon Springs while still feeling remote. House wasn’t clean upon check in and our code didn’t work, but he made sure that was fixed within 5 minutes of our arrival! "This was our first trip from the midwest to Florida during the winter in search of sun and warmth! Friends recommended Dunedin. It is a lovely small town (cute perhaps) and is not as congested as places south. Cook Cottage served us well. It is well appointed and really fits two adults well. The best part is the location. You can walk to town or the bay from there easily. We'd recommend this warmly."

"The cottage was fine, however a few things worth mentioning: Good- great number of outlets, comfortable bed, plenty of closet and bureau room, great shower, great location. Nice to have cleaning products and garbage bags under sink. Recommendation: Need more dinner plates, would have loved more outside space, sofa very uncomfortable."

"I love Sailport. It's my 2nd stay. I travel for business & I appreciate the extra security at the front gate. The views are beautiful & I enjoy having my morning tea on the balcony. The full kitchen allows me to bring my own food & save money on eating out. Due to traveling for business, I don't use the pool very often, but this time I took time to sit on the beach area & listen to the water wash up on the rocks. So relaxing after a long day. "
