“Positive, the exterior is stunning. The house is updated in some areas/rustic in others. Mostly as pictured-updated stove in kitchen.Negative-extensive. The property was both rented with no running water for the last day & checkout morning & we were double charged & denied a refund for the overcharge until threatening legal action. The house was not properly cleaned. VRBO provided no support & remedy is being secured through our bank, not through Monarch Vacations or VRBO despite our repeated……

She even accommodated a late checkout, which we really appreciated.The home itself was perfect—clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you’d need for a relaxing vacation. “Place fairly clean and looks as advertised. Reasonably priced. Key items missing: beeping C02 detector, had problems getting hold of owner. Bought my own batteries for it, also missing paper towels, bought my own too. Things we don't think about much but are important Some light switches not working but lamps provide enough light.”
