“Communication with the property owner was excellent although there were no issues to communicate. Rather the owner kept us well informed and just checked in with us via message. Made us feel reassured. Inside the condo was very nice, owner took care to keep rooms clean and added small things like shampoo, soap etc which was helpful. We did feel safe with the gated entrance as well. Although we went to the beach only once there was a boardwalk to the beach which was nice and golf cart……

“Very happy with the condo and its location in the complex. It is in the building closest to the water and that is good to advertise. The beach is a little different than many. We liked how quiet it was at first, but then realized we missed the crash of waves, because there were none here. The next day we drove down to Islanders Park and spent the day there. Very nice trip and would definitely stay here again. Owner was super responsive about any issues.”

“This is Definitely the place to stay with family, with your little ones or just a getaway on your own.There is so many amenities such as pools on site that are regularly cleaned and maintained, Tennis court, the Coco Bar (which is one of our favorite places), the arcade room. The place itself, rooms, bathrooms and living room are great and comfortable. Surprisingly very quiet. We didn’t really hear any noises around us or outside while we were there, even in Memorial Day weekend.The storage……

“Overall we really liked the place. Pros: clean and cozy, beachy feel. plenty of supplies like games, tennis rackets, kitchen supplies, beach gear. The tennis courts, restaurants were very nice to have on site. Beds, couch were comfy. Great water pressure (which is a big plus for us). Boardwalk and ocean were great!Cons: outdoor pools not heated, so despite beautiful weather in March, only indoor pool was swimable. The condo has alot of decor which is nice, but made it difficult to find……

“Location was perfect, walking distance to shops and restaurants located right on the marina. The harbor fest was wonderful and we could watch fireworks from our balcony on Tuesday night. Apparently, in the summer every Tuesday there are fireworks over the water. We had great seats from the comfort of our rental home ”
