“Deanna is an outstanding host. She was lighting quick to respond to any inquiries both ahead of and during our stay, and the accommodations were excellent. Couldn’t ask for a better home base while in town to fish. She seems to vet her guests well too, our neighbors were awesome. Will certainly book again!”

“I want to give them a 10 out of 10 but the neighbors were so noisy! The neighbors stayed up partying until around midnight Saturday and Sunday. They were outside with loud music and screaming at each other. The house is the cutest place! The hosts were magnificent- we didn’t have hot water and it was fixed within the hour. I’d recommend it but just be aware if it’s a holiday weekend - the neighbors are very loud. ”

“The apartment is dated and the washcloths were stained. There is a stain on the couch that I covered with a blanket. It could use some updating. It was not worth what I paid. ”

“The property was as listed. Everything was very clean and orderly. The host communicated everything that you needed to know and seemed to genuinely care. Super easy access to Broyles landing on the lake. Very cool accommodations. Would certainly recommend.”

“The location is beautiful and the house is nice. It's unfortunate that it has not been cleaned well. There were dark hairs on the sheets of both beds, a lot of the windows were dirty with smudges/smears and there were multiple areas that need dusting and vacuuming. There are some safety hazards as well like loose bricks on the bottom of the steps. With a really good deep clean and regular maintenance this could easily be a five star stay. Overall we enjoyed our time at the lake but as a former……
